Simon obtained a dual degree bachelor of engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University; a master of software engineering and a doctor of materials and chemical engineering degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; and has received a professional title of National Senior Mechanical Engineer in China. He has been committed to research of IC substrates related materials and chemical engineering works for over two decades, he managed and participated in a lot of industrial major scientific projects, from where he obtained many provincial or municipal awards. As a leading figure of scientific and technological innovation in ACCESS, he has endeavored to implement and carry out intellectual property strategy of the company and under his leadership, the company has been granted more than five hundred domestic and overseas patents.

Chunling CHEN Chief Financial Officer; Secretary to the Board of Directors.

C. Chen earned an MBA from Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is a CPA in China. He joined ACCESS in 2011, having a solid theoretical knowledge in finance, extraordinary financial analysis ability, and more than 30 years of financial work experience. He excels in funds management and always be meticulous in works, having an impressive communication and coordination ability, with which he plays a big role as a linkup on communication between the Company and its shareholders. 

Ming LUO Vice-president, Quality; Founder member of the Company.

M. Luo majored in fine chemistry at Hubei University, has extensive experiences on quality management in the industry of PCB and substrates production, and base on his comprehensive understanding on quality requirements and quality system throughout the production process of substrates, he skills at production site management and quality improvement. He has excellent communication skills, logical thinking ability and strong awareness of team working. 

Wei ZHANG Vice-president, Marketing

W. Zhang has a bachelor’s degree of economics majored in international business administration from Zhengzhou University. He joined ACCESS in 2010, with over a decade of work experience, and his professional technical knowledge in IC substrate industry, extraordinary human resource integration capability, he has devoted to customer relationship maintenance and customer development, with his efforts, customers and order volume of ACCESS grows steadily over the years.

Fengxia XIE Vice-president, General Management; Founder member of the Company.

F. Xie has a Master of chemical engineering degree from Nanchang University, she familiar with production process of PCB and substrates, and is proficient in cost structure of ACCESS’ products. By mixing her shrewd business sense with the experienced business negotiation skills, the cost in various procurements can always be minimized, which also enable margin boosts to its full extent. In the meanwhile, she is adept at developing and maintaining external relationship, and it is her remarkable feat on of both external relationship management and internal controls, lays a solid foundation on which the company can realize its business sustainable development.

Qiongsheng ZENG Director of Manufacturing Dept.; Founder member of the Company.

Q. Zeng majored in administrative management at Beijing Normal University, having extensive experience in production technology and management, and the ability to analyze and deal with the whole process of substrate production. Further, he is skilled in production management and manufacturing planning, familiar with the overall operation of the manufacturing department, with which he has successfully built an excellent production team with ACCESS characteristics. 

Benxia HUANG Technical Director

B. Huang has a bachelor's degree of engineering from Wuhan University, has got an intermediate title of integrated circuit (manufacturing), intermediate quality engineer, international project management IPMP certification and Zhuhai Young outstanding talents . She joined ACCESS in 2010 and has nearly 20 years of experience in packaging and sealing plate product development. Currently responsible for the company's technology prediction, new product development, process path mass production realization and other aspects of work.
